The Class of 1963 has committed to a marvelous Reunion project.

The Class of 1963 Tatkon Center Program Endowment Fund

Making a gift to our Class of '63 program endowment project is the best way to tell Cornell how much you have appreciated your Cornell degree and how much being a class member means to you. Donations will count towards our class gift, your individual annual giving total, and the current Far Above Campaign. If you are accustomed to making a gift to Cornell annually, this year direct part of (or all) your contribution to our '63 class endowment fund project.

The Tatkon Center
An intellectual, cultural, and drop-in center to help all first-year students have a successful and inspiring first year.

This fund is an endowment fund where primary capital is invested and the earnings from those investments are used for program development. Your gift continues to support the Tatkon Center long after this year. When we achieve our goal of $150,000, the fund  should provide approximately $7,500 annually for Tatkon Center Programs. The Center envisions using the money to increase the number of upper class mentoring programs for first year students and to develop additional programs for informal faculty interaction with the first year students. Learn more about the purpose and goals of this fund.

A seminar room will be named for The Class of 1963. The dedication of this room will take place at a reception on site prior to our class dinner on Friday, June 6th, 2008. In August, you received a letter in the mail from our Class President. Look for it and contribute now!

Or, better yet, print this pledge card and make your donation now! Just enter "Class of '63 Tatkon Center Fund" on your check.  Let's reach 100% class participation.

At this time of the year, making your contribution before December 31st, may have tax advantages for you. Talk with your accountant.
